Here is a review of this place called La Klo-yee.
Following photos are food that are served at La Klo-yee....situated at Burlington Road. Reservation is absolutely necessary as the owner is quite picky with her patrons. Lodging could also be arranged at the same place if there are places available. This boutique 'hotel/hostel' only entertains very exclusive guests.
Meal No 1
La Chloe's Sausage Aux Champignon - Spicy sausages grilled with mushrooms and garlic?

Salade De Kloe - perfect dish for the health conscious; loads of fibre.

Party of Four, Menu A - served with lots of love (pheee--weeett)
(The cook-out they had when Gin reached UK last weekend.)

To ensure the quality of our dish washing is not compromised, unlike other restaurants which uses the dishwashers, La Klo-Yee employs only the best dishwashers to do the job. One of our staff joins us from Portsmouth and another was poached from a very reputable advertising firm from Malaysia.
The Main Chef for the day (who refuses to have her photo published) was hired from Spore.
Meal No. 2
La Klo-Yee Fruti De Nasi - spiced rice cooked with raisins, dried apricots and served with sliced almond and pine nuts.
Party of 3, Menu A - Served with chilled white wine, (Riesling).
The waiter and waitress of La Klo-Yee
The main patrons of La Klo-Yee
The PR team - entertainment includes provision of company for a game of cards.
Meal No. 3
Pearl of the Orient Set - the set comes with Tom Yum soup, fried sambal brinjal, morning glory, and Herbal Chicken. Enough to feed a group of 6.
The waiter trained from Shaolin temple. Check out the way he turns the bowl of rice!
Don't play play...
Ahh...doesn't this looks like a meal served by the professionals?
We regret to inform you that La Klo-Yee will close by end of June. The owner have decided to move elsewhere to spend the remaining of her days in the UK. By year end, she will be returning to her to home land to seek for at the very least warmer if not greener pasture.
